Gavin Lang
Gavin Lang is an industry leader with over 30 years’ experience in the maintenance and construction industry.
Since establishing Lang Construction as a humble boutique builder, the company has since grown its roots into varying projects, Architectural designed commercial and retail spaces and bespoke residential projects. Gavin
plays an active role with the client ensuring all objectives are achieved as per the brief.
Brett Stevens
Brett is a construction specialist with over 20 years experience. Brett has worked in many facets of the industry which has allowed for a substantial platform & intricate understanding of the specifics required to complete an array of construction projects. Brett has experience in both residential and commercial projects with his most recent projects being high end housing. Brett is a valuable member of the Lang Construction team and ensures all of our Melbourne projects are running efficiently.

The team at Lang Construction successfully delivered the Long Shot café fitout at Collins Square, within a tight 12-week programme. Works included the installation of structural steel to allow the demolition of the existing café’s internal walls, all of which had to be carried out “out of hours” to minimise impact on the operational Retail plaza surrounding the site & the fully occupied Commercial Tower above.
The Lang Construction team were always accommodating of design changes that were implemented as construction was underway, showing a can-do attitude & finding a way to deliver the Walker vision.
