Kooroora East Mt Buller

The Kooroora Hotel East development at Mt Buller is a premium alpine mixed-use building spanning six levels and over 6,500m², the project included high-end fitouts across private residences, structural coordination for extreme alpine conditions, and integration with the surrounding village precinct.

Lang’s delivery focused on alpine-specific programming, logistics and finishes — successfully navigating seasonal access and weather to deliver a striking, contemporary on-snow destination.
