Lang Construction was engaged to deliver this highly detailed, architecturally designed residence in collaboration with ADDARC. Positioned at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is a refined composition of minimalist design, expressive materials and sculptural form.

Key features include in-situ concrete, monolithic stone, glass brick façades and intricate interior detailing. The project encompassed multiple levels of luxury living, including a double-height gallery, underground wellness suite, cellar, and bespoke joinery throughout.
