Lang Construction delivered the high-end renovation of this luxury penthouse at the Chalet Hotel, positioned in a premier ski-in ski-out location overlooking Bourke Street.

Spanning two levels, the 170m² residence features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and custom detailing throughout — including curved stone joinery, feature timber panelling, hydronic heating, Articolo lighting, and bespoke furnishings. A sculptural Enzie staircase connects the upper level, while extensive glazing and balcony spaces maximise views and light.
