Papilio ELC

Lang Construction was engaged under a design and construct contract to deliver a purpose-built early learning facility for Allaf Property Group. Completed in 2024, the $3.5M project features a full internal fitout and external playground, designed to foster creativity, comfort and safety for children aged from infancy through to preschool.

The centre includes bright, age-specific learning spaces, natural timber finishes, custom joinery and soft floor treatments. Externally, landscaped play areas feature nature-inspired elements and shade structures to support active learning. The project also included full civil works and car parking to ensure accessibility and functionality for families and staff.
