Gavin Lang
Gavin Lang is an industry leader with over 30 years’ experience in the maintenance and construction industry.
Since establishing Lang Construction as a humble boutique builder, the company has since grown its roots into varying projects, Architectural designed commercial and retail spaces and bespoke residential projects. Gavin plays an active role with the client ensuring all objectives are achieved as per the brief.
Tom German
Tom German is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce. Tom has experience in the management of various businesses and plays an active role in the overseeing and management of all projects for Lang to ensure that they run smoothly.
Brett Stevens
Brett is a construction specialist with over 20 years experience. Brett has worked in many facets of the industry which has allowed for a substantial platform & intricate understanding of the specifics required to complete an array of construction projects. Brett has experience in both residential and commercial projects with his most recent projects being high end housing. Brett is a valuable member of the Lang Construction team and ensures all of our Melbourne projects are running efficiently.
Jerry Ezzat
Jerry is an experienced Contract Administrator with previous experience working in high end residential building and in architecture. Jerry’s extensive knowledge with project administration, dealing with contractors and project costing while also having a background in architecture assists Lang Construction to complete jobs seamlessly.
Sam Pavlakis
Sam is a contract administrator with experience working on a range of different projects. Sam assists in organising and coordinating contractors, contract documentation and laising with the client which ensures a projects runs smoothly from start to finish.
Daniel Liston
Daniel is an experienced estimator with previous experience working with high end developers. Daniel’s extensive knowledge in the field allows for thorough and detailed estimates to be developed for a range of projects.
Damian Williams
Damian is a construction specialist having worked on large scale projects as a Construction Manager in Melbourne. Damian has extensive knowledge in all areas of construction and is our Construction Manager for our Mt Buller Projects.
Shane Howden
Shane is an experienced site manager with previous experience in high end homes and commercial fit outs. Shane has worked in many areas of the industry which gives him the knowledge to manage a vast array of projects for Lang Construction. Shane is a valuable member of the Lang Construction team and looks after our alpine projects.
Will Schraven
Will has worked in the construction for over 20 years having commenced as an apprentice carpenter with Lang Construction and is now returning to Lang Construction after a long stint running his own building company. Will’s knowledge across a vast array of projects gives him the platform to effectively manage multiple projects for Lang Construction. Will is a Site Manager for Lang Construction’s Melbourne Projects.
Charles Freeman
Charles is an experienced project administrator with extensive experience working on a vast range of different projects. Charles assists in organising and coordinating contractors, contract documentation and laising with the client which ensures a projects runs smoothly from start to finish.
Daniel Gorham
Daniel is a Contract Administrator with various experience in the industry in his early career. Daniel assists our senior administration staff on projects to ensure the same level and care is applied across all of our projects and to provide the customer service that we strive for.
Jess Layfield
Jess is an experienced site manager with previous experience in high end homes and as a carpenter. Jess has a great deal of knowledge in all areas of construction and is a valuable member of our team on our Mt Buller Projects.
